'(But not much more)' by Eugene Schlumberger

Photographs taken in repsonse to music and used to create paperback book covers with the relevant song titles and lyrics (all in some way personally important to me) as the title and their writer as the author of the book.

The series takes its name from The Smiths’ lyric, There’s more to life than books, you know (but not much more).

The covers are the dimensions of the Pelican paperbacks of the 1960s and 1970s.
